Flamingo Park Neighborhood Association’s second largest source of funds is dues from members (after tour income). It’s a critical way for residents to support FPNA efforts by paying the annual voluntary dues.
Membership runs on a calendar year and entitles members to social hours and block party attendance (plus discounted tour tickets when the time comes). Full (voting) membership is $50 a year. Per the bylaws, one payment covers all named property owners on a deed. Associate (nonvoting) membership is $35 a year. It covers any one resident not named on the ownership deed of their residence. This can be tenants or partners of named deed-holders. All associate member requests are reviewed for approval by the FPNA board, per our bylaws. The association works hard at keeping our neighborhood looking good, providing the programs and services residents enjoy. Click here for a list of some of these efforts. | |||
